Epi farma JSC. values represent the management system of the company. These values are:

EPI Farma business philosophy is based on the company code of ethics, defining the values of the EPI Farma, ensuring business transparency, ethics and morality. We believe the ethical business to be a long-term investment, the largest and of the greatest worth.

EPI farma‘s Code of Ethics

EPI farma is proud of its values, which are used daily as well as applied to the development of business. This Code serves to define the EPI farma business conduct, ethics and moral obligations, and rules of law, relations between employees and relationships with customers and suppliers, as well as the problems and moral dilemmas or decision rules. This Code is not above the employee’s contract or the applicable laws in the country - it is the ethical, moral and cultural guide continuously developed, improved and completed by the employees.
Code of Ethics is mandatory for all EPI farma employees and has no exceptions in the company policy. Our values:

Company employees regularly improve their abilities in terms of personal skills and value of the company at the same time. They are constantly looking for newer and better ways to facilitate cooperation, so that to ensure customers, visitors, suppliers and producers the reliance in the business.
EPI farma is not looking for a quick profit: our proposed products and services will always apply the logic of reasonable margins, as well as setting a competitive price.

Relations with customers and partners

EPI farma:

  • meets each customer or partner with the proper dignity and respect, does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion or national origin;
  • carries out all its obligations and promises;
  • answers to all customer questions and the problems encountered, responding quickly and professionally, without any prejudices;
  • pursues excellence and perfection of the sale of goods, delivery of services so that customer and consumer expectations are met;
  • is in search of partners whose business practices respect human dignity and without violating the laws, appreciates the corporate reputation. When choosing a partner, EPI farma values the products or services and the appropriateness of the quality, price, logistics, and the terms of cooperation;
  • makes payments or sinking time, without any unjustified delay.

Employee Relations

EPI farma:

  • selects the collaborators, subordinates in accordance with the principles, strengths and skills in the company’s interests;
  • does not discriminate against employees on grounds of race, religion, age, nationality, gender or any other personal or social conditions, unrelated to their merit and competence;
  • always performs the work with the highest level of honesty, integrity and compliance with universal ethical standards of conduct;
  • supports professional development, training and promotion of employees;
  • introduces dignity, respect and fairness to the employees;
  • does not tolerate any form of violence, harassment or abuse at work;
  • seeks the staff to: coordinate the work of the enterprise to workers’ personal and family life, the effective participation at general meetings, regularly and accurately inform the owners or shareholders of the company’s position or status;
  • requires leaders to be an example - their actions for all employees to be an example.

Confidentiality


EPI farma seeks to ensure a secure connection, transaction processing, and data protection for the customers, in case of the suppliers - trade secrets. All EPI farma‘s staff must observe the rules of the storage of confidential information. Customer data may be used only by those workers, who are reasonably required the data directly at their work.

Competition

EPI farma fairly competes with other companies, competitors, and respects the free market and uses no cunning and unethical methods to capture customers from competitors.

Support, gifts, bribes

EPI farma:

  • authorizes the adoption and offer gifts (key money) or the commission that could affect the free trade or competition;
  • supports public bodies only in accordance with law and in any case, to ensure transparency.
  • defences the principles of political neutrality, does not support political parties, but shows respect for different viewpoints. EPI farma retains legal, and respectful relations with the institutions and bodies, and does not accept a gift or commission in cash or in kind.
  • collaborates with public entities and non-governmental agencies and organizations to pay more attention to socially disadvantaged persons.
